RotaFlux is an automated shift scheduling service. You define your employees, shifts, and rules, and our constraint-programming engine builds an optimal rota in seconds.

Each plan tier covers a different team size and feature set (max employees per schedule, calendars per credit batch, advanced scheduling rules). You buy a credit batch in a tier; each successful solve consumes 1 credit. Solves that fail (infeasible, timeout, transport error) are refunded automatically.

Yes. Every account starts with 1 free credit (up to 5 employees, 7-day planning horizon, basic rules only). Paid tiers are opening soon — sign up free and you'll be on the waiting list.

Yes. RotaFlux supports rules including single shift per day, minimum staff per shift, forbidden night-to-morning sequences, and maximum consecutive working days. The last two are advanced rules and require a paid tier.

Most schedules are solved in under 5 seconds. The solver runs with an 8-worker parallel configuration; the upper bound per solve depends on your tier (15s on Free, up to 90s on Business).

Yes. All invoices are available as PDF downloads directly from your billing page, powered by Stripe.

Absolutely. All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Authentication uses JWT tokens, and passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
